Open access policy
IJMST publishes all of its content as full open access, following the recommendations of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). Every article is published under the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC BY) and is immediately and permanently free to access — no login, no password, no paywall.
In the words of the BOAI, open access means readers may "read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the Internet itself."
